Paralegal - Stratford

HCB Solicitors Limited are currently looking for an ambitious LPC graduate to work as a Paralegal within our Corporate team, based in Stratford upon Avon.

Working closely with the Head of Department, this is a permanent role involving a variety of Corporate and Commercial law ranging from drafting contracts, selling businesses, corporate deals plus a range of legal administration.

You will require a Law degree, (minimum 2:1), plus LPC and preferably at least 6 months' experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

• Great communication skills and an ability to work well with others
• Ability to work under time constraints and prioritise work load
• Able to handle sensitive matters discreetly
• Good organisation skills with a methodical approach
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Deliver excellent service to clients and colleagues
