Receptionist - Westhoughton
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our office in Westhoughton.
Duties & responsibilities as follows:
- Answering the busy reception main phone line, transferring calls, taking messages and dealing with general queries
- Welcoming clients, making refreshments, ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times
- Handling clients’ ID and documents ensuring privacy and confidentiality
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing post and deliveries and collections to and from the office
- Booking meeting rooms on request and maintaining the diary
- Taking credit card payments over the phone and face to face
- Online ordering of stationery and other office supplies
- Archiving files and using a case management system
- Requesting Deeds, Wills and files from store and returning as appropriate
- General photocopying and other administrative tasks as necessary in support of the office and other staff
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00 - 17.15
Holidays: 26 days per year plus Bank Holidays
You must have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm
