Receptionist - Westhoughton

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our office in Westhoughton

Duties & responsibilities as follows:

  • Answering the busy reception main phone line, transferring calls, taking messages and dealing with general queries
  • Welcoming clients, making refreshments, ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times
  • Handling clients’ ID and documents ensuring privacy and confidentiality
  • Dealing with incoming & outgoing post and deliveries and collections to and from the office
  • Booking meeting rooms on request and maintaining the diary
  • Taking credit card payments over the phone and face to face
  • Online ordering of stationery and other office supplies
  • Archiving files and using a case management system
  • Requesting Deeds, Wills and files from store and returning as appropriate
  • General photocopying and other administrative tasks as necessary in support of the office and other staff


Salary:    Dependent on experience
Hours:    Monday – Friday  09.00 - 17.15
Holidays:  26 days per year plus Bank Holidays

You must have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm
