Full Time Residential Conveyancing Assistant
Working Hours:  Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.15
Location:  Walkden

​We are seeking to recruit a legal assistant to our busy Conveyancing team at our Walkden office with potential opportunity for further training and progression. Immediate start available.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of residential conveyancing transactions including:

  • Registered and unregistered title
  • Purchase, sale and remortgage transactions
  • Transfer of Equity

The candidate would preferably have knowledge of SDLT forms, Land Registry Portal and Registration processes and will be required to have confidence in dealing with clients and professional contacts both in person and on the telephone, offering the best quality of service at all times.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience working within a residential conveyancing team 
  • Completed or in the process of completing LPC
  • Fast, accurate typing ability, ideally using digital dictation systems
  • Experience of using case management system
  • IT literate - Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
