Receptionist / Administration Assistant - Wigan

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to work full time at our office in Wigan

Duties & responsibilities as follows:

  • Answering the busy reception main phone line, transferring calls, taking messages
  • Welcoming clients, making them tea & coffee, taking client ID, dealing with general queries
  • Ensuring reception area and meeting rooms are clean & tidy at all times
  • Sorting, stamping and dealing with incoming & outgoing post
  • Ordering files from store and returning files to store
  • Audio typing
  • Taking credit card payments over the phone and face to face
  • nline ordering of stationery and other office supplies
  • Archiving files
  • Requesting of Deeds/Wills and the maintaining of the system for it
  • General photocopying

Salary:  Dependent upon experience
Hours:    Monday – Friday > 09.00 -17.15
Holidays:  25 days per year plus Bank Holidays

You must have previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm
