Vacany in our Bedford office, replacing a retiring Solicitor’s caseload.
Full time role, part time considered. Permanent basis 9:00 – 5:15
Mixed caseload, experience in the following:
- All types of property litigation - landlord and tenant/ possession/ land registry disputes/ boundary rights of way, trees, party walls
- Neighbour disputes
- General contract disputes and debt and consumer
- Contentious Probate and TOLATA
Preferably 5 years + PQE
Competitive salary dependent on experience
Full autonomy, without day to day supervision. Part of a larger team across the firm.
Advocacy experience, such as Directions Hearings in County Court an advantage.
