HR Administrator

The Company
HCB Solicitors are a nationwide firm of solicitors with approximately 250 employees across 23 offices in England and Wales. We are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to support our HR Manager at our office in Redditch

The ideal candidate will be able to prioritise ever-changing workloads and have excellent attention to detail. 

Your role will be to provide administrative support on a broad range of HR matters, including but not limited to: 

Recruitment

  • Help with CV screening
  • Arranging interviews
  • Posting vacancies on recruitment platforms

Onboarding

  • Assist with onboarding of new employees 
  • Complete references and background checks
  • Support with new starter offer paperwork and any follow up required

HR System

  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and ensuring updates are actioned
  • Monitor holiday and sickness records

Payroll

  • Distribution of pension information to new starters
  • Collating payroll information from new starters

Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.


Location/ Office: Redditch
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.15 with a 1 hour lunch
Holidays: 25 + Bank Holidays
