Conveyancing Assistant - Birmingham, New St.

We have a requirement for a Conveyancing Assistant at our busy office in central Birmingham. The successful candidate will need experience in the following  areas:

  • General residential conveyancing.
  • Submitting registration documents at Land Registry, dealing with requisitions and  ordering documents through the Land Registry portal.
  • Preparing deeds schedules, providing lenders with post completion documents.  
  • Admin experience (i.e. scanning etc.).
  • Some secretarial experience.

The successful candidate will have at least two years relevant experience, be well organised and  capable of providing a personal, efficient service.
We are members of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and our offices are easily accessible, being close to New Street station.

Hours:  Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.15
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Location: Birmingham, New Street Office
Salary: Dependent on experience
