Conveyancing Assitant - Birmingham

 

We have a requirement for a Conveyancing Assistant at our busy office in central Birmingham. The successful candidate will join a team which comprises one solicitor, one trainee solicitor, one conveyancing assistant and a secretary.

The role will be to progress purchases of off-plan apartments post-exchange up to completion.  This involves liaising with our clients and the sellers’ solicitors, reporting to the clients’ lenders and ensuring funds are in place in readiness for completion.

The successful candidate will have at least two years relevant experience, be well organised  and  capable of providing a personal, efficient service. 

Our office is easily accessible, being close to New Street station.
