Receptionist Administration Assistant - Warrington

We are looking for a Reception and Administration Assistant to join our Warrington office.
To be successful you will have experience in working in a reception role and be confident in dealing with visitors and clients in a professional manner, both face to face and on the telephone. You must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and some office administration experience. You will be a well organised self-starter who is able to work independently to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key tasks include:

  1. General reception and office administrative duties.
  2. Opening, closing and ongoing orderly maintenance of all files in accordance with firm’s quality standards and Lexcel compliance.
  3. Assist other members of staff with administrative tasks as required.
  4. Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone in a manner in keeping with the firm’s high standard of client care.
  5. Ability to liaise with other departments and offices across the HCB Network.
  6. Ensure the confidentiality of the client and firm’s information and documentation  at all times.
  7. Other duties as required to ensure the efficient running of the office. 

Hours:  Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.15
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Salary: Dependent on experience
