We are looking for a Reception and Administration Assistant to join our Warrington office.
To be successful you will have experience in working in a reception role and be confident in dealing with visitors and clients in a professional manner, both face to face and on the telephone. You must also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and some office administration experience. You will be a well organised self-starter who is able to work independently to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key tasks include:
- General reception and office administrative duties.
- Opening, closing and ongoing orderly maintenance of all files in accordance with firm’s quality standards and Lexcel compliance.
- Assist other members of staff with administrative tasks as required.
- Attend to clients both in person and on the telephone in a manner in keeping with the firm’s high standard of client care.
- Ability to liaise with other departments and offices across the HCB Network.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the client and firm’s information and documentation at all times.
- Other duties as required to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Hours: Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.15
Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Salary: Dependent on experience
