• Preparing a detailed ‘information sheet’ on the development to provide the purchaser’s solicitor with as much information as possible at the beginning of the plot sale to reduce the number of enquiries raised to ensure each plot sales goes through as quickly and as efficiently as possible, working towards a 28-day exchange of contracts from issuing draft contracts.
• Drafting bespoke contracts, transfers or leases to suit developments of all sizes. 

Education and Qualifications:

• Wolverhampton University
• Currently Studying Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice and Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice with CILEX Law School
