    • Act on behalf of the landlords in respect of tenant Claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 for new tenancies.
    • Acted on behalf of a Trust, which provides housing for the elderly and vulnerable, in relation to debt recovery works. Recovered arrears by way of instalment payments.
    • Successfully defended a Claim by a third party in respect of a deceased Estate.
