    Approach

Nathan joined the firm in September 2015 following a period of training and post-qualification experience spent at a specialist Education Law practice. He has extensive experience of assisting clients on a number of complex Education Law issues. His approach to assisting clients is to give them individualised advice, tailored to their particular case in a sympathetic and professional manner. He is very approachable and able to provide bespoke assistance on a range of matters with a personal touch.

He has a very high success rate in assisting parents via the Special Educational Needs Tribunal appeals process and securing funding for specialist placements across England and Wales.

    Focus

Nathan works closely with a number of specialist schools and colleges around England and Wales. He has also built links with independent charities and support groups for parents across the UK, often providing free workshops and informative seminars for parents and carers of children with special needs, in particular. His focus is to empower parents in understanding their legal rights and how they can secure appropriate support and/or funding from their Local Authority.

“Nathan Davies has a genuine desire to help children who have been let down by the education system. He acted on our behalf when we appealed against the LEA’s decision not to grant our son a statement. Nathan dealt with all the paperwork and represented us at the SEND tribunal. He was extremely professional and efficient. His knowledge of education law and of SEN procedures was second to none, and his advice invaluable, so as consequence, our appeal was successful. This would not have been possible without Nathan’s help and so I would recommend him to all other parents who are in the same, or a similar situation to ours.”
