Marcus qualified at the College of Law in London and gained his corporate and commercial expertise with two major regional firms. For six years, Marcus was a corporate tax lawyer for a top ten firm of Chartered Accountants in the City before bringing his experience to the Midlands.

His technical expertise in handling complex corporate processes is renowned across the region and London.

• Settling of international commercial contract for a significant London based jewellery manufacturer for bullion delivery with a Ghanaian based company;

• Establishment of a healthcare based business providing dental and optical services and laser based surgery;

• The sale of an equity stake in an international aerospace company;

• The purchase by US based client of a company manufacturing endoscopy equipment for $7.5m; and

• Advising minority shareholders in an unfair prejudice claim against the directors of a significant manufacturing business.
