Having practised in civil litigation since qualification in 2009 James has developed significant experience in a wide range of matters. James’s largest area of practise is property disputes such as residential property possession claims and commercial property disputes including dilapidations and lease renewal claims.

Litigation can be time consuming, expensive, stressful and risky so James approaches each case by ascertaining what outcome the client wants and how this may be achieved including exploring potential avenues of settlement from the outset.
