Claire joined HCB in August 2021 to head up and develop the New Build Property Department.
Claire has over 20 years experience in residential property and has worked in private practice, volume conveyancing and an international corporate firm. This vast and varied experience enables her to take a pragmatic and streamlined approach to residential property and in particular new build property, without compromising on technical excellence. Claire also has a key focus on training and developing others.
