Apprentice Administration Assistant - Warrington

Experience Level: Entry Level

Working hours: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5.15 pm

Location: Warrington 

Main Purpose of job
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the team of lawyers at our Warrington office. 

Main responsibilities

  • Assisting lawyers with their day to day file management within the case management system
  • Completing assigned tasks within the case management system
  • Making and taking telephone calls from customers and clients and third parties
  • Providing reception cover as necessary
  • Assisting the office with any other administrative tasks as directed by your line manager

Skills and qualifications
You will need the following skills and experience:-

  • IT literate with experience of using Word, Excel and the internet
  • Good written, numeracy and oral communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, be organised and efficient
  • Able to integrate within a team and able to work on your own initiative
  • Friendly and helpful approach

Performance Standard

  • Treat your colleagues, clients and their customers and third parties with respect
  • Comply with Lexcel Standard of administration and customer service
  • Good timekeeping and reliability
