• Providing advice on a broad range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on the property aspects of corporate and financing transactions, office moves and commercial landlord and tenant work.
• Negotiating Heads of Terms in commercial real estate transactions.
• Working alongside a team in the refinancing of a £300,000,000.00 windfarm portfolio which included preparing and agreeing 15 reports on title and reporting on the whole project to the corporate client. 
• Some residential property work including mainly sales, preparation of Deeds of Rectification and Deeds of Variation. 
• Advise on identified SDLT issues, including payments of ATED and the possibility of claiming intra-group tax relief. 
• Drafting and negotiating overage provisions into transfers of property. Drafting Deeds of Release of the same. 
• Drafting and negotiating pre-emption and promotion agreements. 
• Drafting and negotiating leases of substantial commercial properties with annual rents ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of pounds. 
• Drafting and negotiating Licences to Assign, Deeds of Variation, Agreements for Managed lease, Tenant Substitution Agreements, Licences to underlet and more. 
• Working with foreign investors in de-enveloping real estate investments. 

Education and Qualifications:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in 2016
• PhD obtained in 2020
• LLB, law degree obtained in 2010
