Lisa Syrett

Joining HCB in September 2022 with 25 years of valuable experience in Generalist HR, Lisa is the Firm’s designated HR Advisor. She supports the wider implementation of our People strategy and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues to achieve our organisational objectives.

Lisa is the first port of call of all HR related enquiries for both staff and outside agencies. She is heavily involved in our recruitment process and is dedicated to ensuring a smooth on boarding transition for all new employees. She efficiently adopts a systemic approach to problem solving and streamlining internal procedures.  

Lisa prides herself on her approachable and down to earth attitude which helps to cultivate long lasting relationships and develop the reputation of the firm.
