Rob provides advice in relation to all aspects of commercial property. He helps clients to buy and sell freehold and leasehold property and advises on all aspects of entering into leases of industrial and retail units and offices. He has an interest in the hospitality sector and acts regularly on the lease and sale and purchase of pubs and hotels as well as sales and purchases of professional practices including: Vets, Accountants, Doctors and Dentists.

He also has specialist property tax experience, obtained while working for big four accountants, which he uses to add value to transactions where possible.
