    Paul has a wealth of experience advising Directors and Investors in relation to private and public company offerings and transactions. Paul advises owner-managers, larger UK, Scandinavian and US Corporations, private equity houses and high achieving or aspiring entrepreneurs. Paul founded his own firm in 2003 after moving out of the city and now brings that city led service level to the corporate team in HCB's London office. With a reputation for always putting the interest of the client first and making the complex practical and commercial, Paul has built a corporate and commercial practice which spans high street retailers, successful on-line retailers, travel tour operators, finance and brokerage houses, private property funds, venture capital funds, software application developers, energy companies and a number of institutions.


    With an intricate knowledge of several business markets in the UK, Northern Europe and the US, Paul brings his transactional experience to head up the London office of HCB. Paul and his team have particular expertise in the retail, financial services and technology markets and have also managed several cross-border acquisitions and disposals for many of their Clients.
