With experience in new build property conveyancing, Mia brings a unique perspective allowing her to help guide you through the legal process of buying or selling a property, Ensuring that all legal procedures and paperwork are completed accurately and on time. Mia is currently undertaking her CLC studies, to become a Licensed Conveyancer which will then allow her to specialise in the legal aspects surrounding buying and selling properties in England and Wales. Licensed Conveyancers are also Commissioners for Oaths, which means they have legal authority to administer and witness official documents e.g. affidavits to swear that a statement is the truth.
