    Approach:

    Lynne tries to approach disputes in a pragmatic and constructive way to help clients achieve a proportionate and timely resolution of their problem. However she is ready to be firm and forceful where necessary to progress the case.

    Focus:

    With a background in property law, Lynne has a wealth of experience to support her work in property litigation. She has developed a special interest in residential tenancy disputes which is a highly regulated area of the law requiring attention to detail, and is able to provide detailed advice and guidance to landlords and letting agents to avoid the pitfalls and navigate the complex and rapidly changing regulations.

    She has frequently presented seminars to landlords and letting agents, including for the National Landlord’s Association.

    Lynne has experience of disputed applications to the Land Registry in boundary disputes, including referrals to the First Tier Tribunal
