Residential Conveyancer - Tunbridge Wells
We are looking to recruit a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with experience in Residential Conveyancing to be based within our Tunbridge Wells office.
Candidates should have knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
• freehold and leasehold sales for both registered and unregistered titles
• deferred charges and equity releases
• registrations
• transfers of equity
• remortgages
• shared ownership
You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
