Office Assistant - Leicester

We are looking for a motivated individual to join the support team based at our Leicester office. 

Main duties:

1. Collection of incoming Royal Mail and Document Exchange post each morning
2. Assist with the preparation of outgoing post and taking to the Document Exchange and Post Office.
3. Opening and distributing post each morning
4. Manage and order stationery stock for the office.
5. General photocopying, scanning and faxing for the office.
6. Shredding of confidential waste
7. Archiving closed files within the case management system and arranging for storage of personal documents (Wills and Deeds)
8. Reception cover when required
9. Preparing daily banking
10. Organising refreshments for client and staff
11. Typing of documents as and when required
12. To be aware of and comply with the office manual
13. To undertake any other reasonable activity requested by the Firm.
