We are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to actively seek out and engage client prospects. Working within a thriving competitive market, delivering great customer conversations to grow profitability, your role will be key in delivering on our objectives and contributing to the success of our business.

Reporting to the Head of Residential Property, this role will be responsible for developing client and referrer accounts by establishing strong relationships. A key part of the role will be building rapport with potential clients when delivering quotes by telephone.

Key tasks include:

  • Liaising with new and returning clients to provide in-depth cost estimates
  • Assisting with client instruction, file opening and client care
  • Building relationships with the firms’ referral agents
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the client and firm’s information and documentation at all times.
  • Other duties as required to ensure the efficient running of the office.

Hours:  Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.15

Holiday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays

Salary: Dependent on experience
