    Daniel has considerable experience in pursuing and defending employment related claims. He is renowned for his approach to resolving disputes using means appropriate to each individual case and at observing situations from the perspective of everyone involved. He also takes a meticulous approach to advising on and drafting employment and consultancy agreements.

    Focus

    Daniel was responsible for setting up the firm’s dedicated employment law team which he has headed for over a decade. He is well regarded amongst the local business community for his in-depth knowledge of employment law and regularly conducts presentations and seminars for human resources professionals and employers.

    Case studies and Experience:

    • Daniel regularly undertakes Employment Tribunal work on behalf of companies and individuals and has taken many cases to the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
    • His expertise includes dealing with discrimination, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy for various sectors including Social Housing and Charities.
    • In conjunction with our Commercial team, Daniel also has extensive experience on TUPE for PLCs and SMEs.
