Family Lawyer - Wigan
Our Family Law department covers a broad range of high quality work and we are looking for someone who will be able to take over an existing caseload of predominantly Legal Aid matters with some privately funded work.
You will have experience in dealing with Family Law matters, in particular Legal Aid funded Public Law Proceedings but also experienced in the full spectrum of cases including:
- Divorce
- Separation
- Finances
- Private Children Law i.e. contact and residence
The is a full time role - Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.15pm
Salary dependent on experience.
