We are looking for a Commercial/ Corporate Lawyer to join our growing Commercial Team in London. The successful candidate will be developing their caseload and should have experience in
- Company Formation and Restructuring, including LLPs and partnerships
- Charity Formation and Restructuring, including CIOs and CICs
- Drafting and negotiation of Business Contracts including supply agreements, terms and conditions, shareholders agreements, constitutional documents
- Both asset and share business sales and purchases
- Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial and Administration Matters
- General Company Work
- Provide support in commercial property, litigation and employment matters.
